Feature request in.
Prototype out.

I shipped 31 enterprise features in three years at Masterplan.com. Before a feature reaches the sprint, I build a version you can click with Claude Code and Cloudflare, so customers and developers react to a screen instead of a paragraph.

Request from an enterprise customer

As an L&D admin, I want to export my user groups, so I can report on them in our HR system.

  • Pick one or more groups
  • Export members as CSV
  • Works without help from support

Pick groups, then export. The file is real.

// How I work

How a feature moves through my hands

Most of the cost of a feature is decided before the first line of production code, so that is where I spend my time.

  1. Hear it

Requests from customers, sales and support land in one pool, with the real problem written next to them.

  2. Click it

A working prototype in a day or two. People react to a screen, not a paragraph.

  3. Cut it

Scope down to what solves the problem. User stories the team can estimate.

  4. Ship it

Sprint, QA, release. I stay in the details with engineering until it is live.

  5. Tell it

A release post for the whole company, a Q&A for sales and support, and credit to whoever asked.

Making a learning platform ready for enterprise buyers

Large companies do not sign until the platform fits their HR stack and their admins can work without calling support. I own that gap on the Enterprise Ready team: eight people across backend, frontend, QA and design.

  • 31 features shipped, each with its own release post: SCIM provisioning, Roles & Permissions, Audit Log, Analytics Dashboard, Batch Operations, xAPI and cmi5.
  • Every go-live requirement for Hermes Germany, part of Otto Group, delivered within 2 weeks.
  • 196 customer requests answered with a clear status and the reason behind it. Requests from customer success became releases such as Export and user status filters.
  • Analytics Dashboard piloted with six companies, then released to everyone. One colleague called it "a game changer for all those admins".

  • At least 30 minutes a day saved for every client moderation team. It became one of the three core products.
  • Also shipped Social CRM with a Shopify integration, a rebuilt iOS and Android app, and add-on billing.
